if she is asleep then i would smile lightly then let her have the bed while i take the couch, if she is awake, i would bolt for the couch in a shy moment

If she was asleep, hugging, going back to sleep, and then maybe pretending that I was never awake in the first place, and the morning is the first I see of her, in order to not creep her out.  
If she was awake I would likely greet her, offer her something caffeinated to help her be up at that hour, get something caffeinated for myself so I can be up at that hour, and finally settle down for a nice conversation hopefully followed by immediately seeing how good she is at video games.

I’ll just go and snuggle up to her, healing some of my decimated childhood memories and imagine she’s either the big fluffy bear toy or the big fluffy penguin toy.

Yeah, I’ve actually given it some thought. If I had to choose one pony to sleep with (as in SLEEP with, not “sleep” with) it’d be Tia. She just looks too damn soft from my point of view.

Stand up out of bed, open nightstand drawer, and pull out my emergency blood sacrifice to offer to the Sun Goddess. It may not be a virgin sacrifice, but I had to go with safety over quality. I’m sure Celestia will understand, she’s nice like that.

Well probly ask myself how drunk am i? then shrug it off and nuzzle into her soft body, wrap my arms around her kiss her cheek or her lips if she lets me and go back to sleep.
