Actually, posting RL porn on a site like DB does violate US law
They don’t violate any of DB ToS since they are MLP related content and RL MLP related Adult content is not illegal since none of the rules state it, if you don’t like it, filter them instead of complaining.
Porn/fetish sites have to follow certain regulations to try and keep minors from accessing it (yes it’s laughably useless but I don’t make the laws). Since DB isn’t an adult site it is technically illegal to post RL adult content.
Maybe, wouldn’t surprise me to see these type of people.

If it’s content uploaded without permission then yeah it’s not allowed but if the artist gave their consent it’s fine.
can’t see the original comment but he might be refering to Mintyblitzz’s paid content, not sure if it’s technically illegal to share pay for content form an independent creator but I am sure there is a rule for that here

“illegal” on what standards? As long as it’s following the DB guidelines it’s allowed, also if you don’t like it filter it.
