yeah, it’s like she didn’t trust her enough, in spite of the tree of harmony choosing starlight instead of twilight, and yes the tree is the one that is controlling that map, plus it knows that starlight is the only unicorn that can do that cm switcheroo spell, which is the only way to get the sisters to make up by being in each others shoes(like a freaky friday scenario), to avoid what happened in starlight’s dream there.
