Maybe I just don’t know who these characters are, but it seems weird that one has a horn, and one has a horn and wings, and yet there are the tags “pegasus oc” and “earth pony oc”.

Pretty sure it is, yeah. If you deep-dive into the comments of the dA source there’s more info. I think it’s a Second Life RP or something? I just thought the art was cool years ago, and was organizing my wallpaper collection, realized it wasn’t uploaded here.
