We probably couldn’t handle it.
I was more concerned with it sounding like something a mirrorverse version of Starlight might say than rather than if it held up to analysis.
That’s…an incredibly stupid statement. I think we can all agree that, say, murder is bad. And yet people still do it, and if there were no rules against it, people would all the damn time.
So does that mean Starlight’s an anarchist in this one? “If a rule was worth following, it wouldn’t have to be a rule.”
Lightning Dust and Diamond Tiara don’t even count though. LD’s primary fault was simply Rainbow Dash-like recklessness, and DT is just a small time bully.
Most of the other villains were one shots, though they might return same with Lightning Dust.
You forgot about Suri Polomare. She was an antagonist and an Earth Pony. Yeah, Mane-iac was an earth, but she was enhanced with strange powers.
That seems to be a thing. The antagonists always seem to be either unicorns, or some apocalyptic monster.
Sure we’ve got Lightning Dust, but what was a one shot thing. Tiara and Spoon are total bitches, and earthies, so I guess that counts.
I wonder if any non-monsters/non-unicorns could actually be a legit threat against the power of OP McGuffin Number Whatevz. Mane-iac I guess… Kinda…
