Description

Now it’s time to talk about a character that’s been floating around in my DA description for YEARS TwT (Sorry it took so long). And if you’re wondering, yes he’s inspired by “Accord” from the mlp comic volumes, “Chaos Theory”.
⚠️LONG DESCRIPTION WARNING ⚠️
Grogar Keres, the Emperor and Sorcerer of all beast and evil things wanted to have powerful offspring with the most powerful species in the universe; a draconequus. He summoned one by the name of Angelica Serapha, as she was a very beautiful and angelic-like draconequus (I’ll explain more on draconequus in the next few posts possibly). He requested to have kids with her, and she accepted his simple order. She first bore Concord, or Castor Seraph Keres, then Discord (Pollux Loki Keres) two years and a half later. Once Concord gained intelligence (the ability to speak, and obtain knowledge; which isn’t long for a draconequus) Grogar would commence his teachings. Concord became pretty fond of his father’s teachings, though not too fond of his ideals. You see, Concord, judging by the name, doesn’t want chaos or discourse. He wants peace and harmony for Equestria, and become the righteous leader that brought harmony for them. But of course, he’s still the son of Grogar; hence, nothing will EVER go as intended. Concord’s ideals may be a considerable goal, but it’s just how he pursues it. In regards to his personality, Concord is a perfectionist, judgmental narcissist, who sees himself as an example of righteousness and purity. And for those that look “devilish” and act “sinful” in his eyes aren’t worthy of him.
Concord didn’t start his reign of terror until two hundred years after his father’s banishment (death). Why, because Concord spent his “youthful” draconequus days gaining his “own” knowledge on rulership and harmony. Plus, he himself didn’t think he was old and or wise enough to do such things yet. It only took the rise of new and young Queens and a King, (which were Celestia, Luna and Terran) to become rulers of Equestria. Then to make things worse for him, his younger brother, Discord was working for them. He thought all of this was wrong, and unfair as he read in many prophesied scripture that “only the righteous would rule the land” or “one who is wise with great judgment has the right to rule”. Concord always thought those scriptures were referring to him, he thought he was the one righteous to rule over Equestria. Thus, he finally snapped and sought to find civilizations to start taking over. He planned to begin slowly, as it would be right under the young ruler’s noses.
First, he started off mercifully, as he tried to convince that small disorderly settlements didn’t have righteous leaders, as their settlement was in disarray because of them. Meaning they should choose Concord’s rule instead. The plans actually worked out, as angry ponies would willingly kick their leader out the chair and let someone as competent as Concord their new one. However, the ponies that he ruled over weren’t perfect either as some would rebel against him or dishonor him. Concord would soon become upset about their ungrateful and imprudent behavior, and began to possess them to become his “perfect subjects”. He continued this possession all throughout the small settlements of Equestria. Kinda like with Discord, when Concord would make ponies “perfect”, their colors would change. They wouldn’t become grayscale though, they would become pure white with glowing blue eyes, flowing hair and a halo. They would be mindless angel-like ponies following after every Concord’s command.
Eventually, Discord himself would feel Concord’s “righteous” presence growing amongst them. Though he alerted the rulers, he thought it was a personal battle to be had between him and his brother. But the Queens and the King still aided him (especially with the help of unpossessing the ponies. They would simply unpossess them by showing them the things that they have always been tempted by. Whether it’s a simple toy or money. Why this works, is because temptation or “sin”, is what makes ponies the normal and flawed ponies they are). In the finale, Discord would be the one to banish Concord, straight to Tartarus for thousands of years. This event would be called “Concord’s Revelation”.
Some fun notes: The aftermath of Concord’s Revelation left a small mark on the ponies that were possessed, mentally and physically. They were left with white spots on their coats or white streaks in their hair. Some with complete, central or sectoral heterochromia (one blue eye and their normal colored eye). For some generations, it was inheritable, as foals would be born completely white (albino basically) with blue eyes. They would call this defect “Concordia’’. However, this defect died out before Twilight’s time. Concord would eventually become a pony’s tale, a legend, soon forgotten in Equestria’s modern day Historia.
~~~~~
Thousands of years later, Concord’s sentence in Tartarus was over. Those past thousand of years, Discord and Celestia went through A LOT of villainous situations and what not, to where they basically forgot about Concord. Discord and Celestia were already getting settled into their new lifestyle. They already had Athena, and were happy content parents. No threats to deal with or nothing. But it was only until Discord felt a horrible gut feeling- “Concord, has returned”, Discord remembered. Luckily, it wasn’t a “big” return, because Discord and Celestia had to take care of him personally to not stir up any unnecessary panic.
Since at around this time, Celestia fancied redeeming foes of her past, as demonstrated with Luna, Discord, Sunset and or Starlight Glimmer, that even the most fiendish opponent can be redeemed. And most times, forgiveness, love and a second chance is what aids a redemption plan to work out. So Celestia thought it would be a great idea to have him be reunited with his ever growing family. She went through with the plan and started off by giving him another chance, but Concord’s banishment only made him more eager to want to gain the throne. So that wasn’t going to work out at the get-go. Forgiveness maybe? Even that was hard for Celestia to spit out, but she did while saying, “Well, everypony is not perfect Concord-”…. Don’t ever say that to the “ Oh So Perfect Concord”. So that didn’t make things better either. However, that failed “forgiveness” idea made another thought in Celestia’s mind, “What if I gave him temptation??? Surely he would cave in. Right???”. He did, but it took some convincing~
Celestia taught him the pros and cons of temptation. Sure it can be bad and harmful to an individual if they abuse it and or let it control them. But sometimes, those temptations can bring forth happy accidents. For instance, intercousre, even held in between intimate lovers, can sometimes feel “sinful” or “dirty”. But the beauty that comes after it is, not only a stronger bond, but offspring. One of the best things to come out of a happy mistake. So, Celestia did the risky thing (with the VERY reluctant permission from Discord) to experience “temptation” with Concord, and promised him a child. (The drastic measures Celestia would go through to prove a point -_-). Concord finally broke character (which is a big step in the right direction) and dubiously accepted her offer. And that was the day when Concord realize he was an aroace 😃. Seriously though, he wouldn’t do it again. But at least he’s not a virgin anymore ;w;.
Months past, and Concord was finally able to obtain the miracle of his mistake, his beautiful angelic child, Helios Cherubim. This was the first time Concord had cried… but of course he had to ruin the moment by saying he was going to raise him to be as perfect as him. Celestia and Discord DEFINITELY saw some red flags with that, and unfortunately, the plan somewhat failed TwT. They didn’t send him back to Tartarus or anything. However, Discord sent Concord to the draconequus world called, “Sacred Haven” (which is like, the fourth dimension or something). Discord knew how to get in and out, but Concord didn’t…however it wouldn’t really take him long to figure it out. So from time to time he would check on Helios (startling him in the process) and give him dodgy advice. Helios never knew what to make of Concord. Celestia and Discord REFUSED to elaborate on who he is and his relations with them. So Helios just deemed Concord as some wise spirit that looks strangely like Discord with an opposite name. Hmm 🤨… That ain’t suspicious at all.
So, that was Concord XP. And btw, everyone knows nothing of his whereabouts or his return. The whole debacle was all kept secret in Canterlot Castle. It was more or less a family issue anyways. Why would they want all of Equestria to be all up in their business XD?? And a fun little thought: I sort of feel like his voice would be similar to Jeff Goldblum from Thor: Ragnarok XP \(idk, I just want a Marvel reference ;w; \). And other fun fact: since I wanted Concord to embody “righteousness”, and “holiness” so to speak, I based the animals that he’s mixed with off of biblical animals, such as a ram \(or any type of lamb or sheep\), a lion, a dove and a fish. His color scheme is not only based on inverted Discord, but also the Christian flag, which is blue white and red.
Anyways, I hope you liked it!\^\^ And of course, thank you for your time and constant support! I love y’all!!! 💖💖 I hope you guys are doing FANTASTIC! And if you have any questions, please let me know absolutely anywhere! But as always, GOODBYE FOR NOW!! ÓwÒ
