Not really. They just gave her a box of stuff, she didn’t really care for it, and she just explained that she was just trying to fit in. That’s not really a “boundaries” discussion so much as she just explained why she was just doing what she saw her friends doing.

That said, I hope Sunny also bought a new toothbrush for herself. Because I sure wouldn’t want to put into my mouth something that someone else used to clean an inside portion of their body.

Yeah, this episode, compounded with Maretime Bay Day 2.0, shows that Izzy needs to get a talk about boundaries. Like keeping your hooves off other ponies’ stuff if you don’t have permission.
