Make no mistake, G’d will judge all, from the beginning of Man and all who live to the Day of Judgement. Also, Holiness is a character trait of G’d, which is antithetical to sin. You can not have a G’d who is holy and has committed sin. You may not like how G’d operates or what he permits to happen, but it is not his fault that man chose/chooses to sin and therefore reaps the payment of sin: death. We are given the Word of G’d to know what he considers right and wrong, if we never read the rulebook, then it is our fault alone when we reap the undesirable consequences for when we violate the rules laid out in the rule book.
