Obviously anything Novo-related would have been amazing to see in the show, but I guess I can understand why she wasn’t in it that much because “celebrity voice actor”. But personally, if we did get more Novo in the show, as much as I would have wanted to see Novo and Celie together, it would probably make more sense to have Twilight be with Novo.
Think about it. They didn’t exactly get off to a good start when they first met, and they never saw each other after the movie. Its implied that they are at least on good terms given that Silverstream is a student at the friendship school, but I would have loved to see Novo and Twilight work out things on screen. Maybe hear Novo’s side of the story or have them do something that would strengthen their bond. Anything really. But I guess the Novo-neighsayers would object to any of this and would still try to find ways of demonizing Novo, even if she did nothing wrong, but we’re getting sidetracked here.
I really wish we got more of Novo throughout FIM outside of brief cameos. They really did her dirty.”
