I’m not talking about whether she is romantically interested in someone, but that she is actually interested in dragons like any other animal; She is therefore excited to see a baby dragon for the first time as she can finally get close to one without the fear of being eaten.
And I know perfectly well that Spike is not romantically interested in Fluttershy and also has nothing to do with the point lol
I’m just expressing that your original comment about Fluttershy being out of character is wrong, since she, as I said last time, even wanted to travel on her own to the land of dragons.
hypothetically it’s not unreasonable that she feels sexual attraction to them for the standards of fanarts, fics and whatever they do with the character in the fandom I mean.

Um…no, I would have to disagree with you on all of that. She does like Spike, but not in a romantic way (that’s really reaching). She doesn’t fully trust dragons due to how intimidating they are, rather than her having any sort of interest in them outside of her general interest in various Equestrian species. This intimidation is also why Fluttershy didn’t want to go up to the dragon’s cave in S1 as well.
Also, may I remind you that Spike has always been romantically interested in Rarity and maybe Gabby? He never showed any romantic interest to any other character outside of those two.

not exactly, if she had absolute repellency to dragons she wouldn’t be interested in Spike when she first saw him.
She, too, could not be in the same room with Smolder and she would avoid visiting the land of dragons as much as possible, which she wanted, she even insisted
What she seems to fear from dragons is her gigantic size because it gives her the impression that she will be devoured.
