I know that, and I don’t support Starlight bashing myself, but Discord isn’t always malicious. If he ever is, you can blame it on the writers.

We will never know, there’s development that’s being ignored that’s for sure. Discord has explicitly regressed many times he looked worst than even Starlight was. And most of her escapades are out of emotion or accidental at worst. None are intentional or malicious as one portrays her to be.

I went into G5 thinking that everybody from G4 are long dead but I am not surprised that Discord is still alive.

I’m sorry to be the one to say this, but you can’t force someone to like a character. I should know, I’ve tried to get the Scootabusers and Rainbow Dash haters to stop but they won’t. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and while I think this abuse is funny and warranted, I feel like Discord is slowly redeeming himself by actually becoming a better character in G5 from the looks of it. It’s not much but it’s a start. G4 Discord is still terrible to me though.

Thank you. In the G5 comics, it’s kind of shown he regrets being a douche to his so-called friends (probably why they excluded him from the council of friendship) being the sole survivor of the G4 cast, and living his life in a hellish dimension.

Good news: Fluttershy wasn’t with him for long from the looks of it, given that Fluttershy is about 50ish in TLP ending and having all his friends probably taught him a lesson.
Bad news: He hasn’t gotten his karma or at the very least turned to stone like the Legion of Evil. The fact he outlived even Twilight kind of makes me hate him more.

Yeah your right. Tbh this would fit more with trixie than twilight. Twilight doesn’t even actually hate Discord she’s just annoyed by his antics and Discord will go to far ends of Equestria to help her. I mean Twilight called him a friend and freed him from Tirek, but this is just a gif so its not to be taken seriously ofc lol
