I used the pink hair version for my image but decided to show off the other options I had in mind.

Pink hair is the popular fanon version, most art of a pre or young alicorn Celestia use this, though there is no canon evidence, it just looks nice and matches her eyes.
Blue version is closer to what a canon pre/young Celestia could have looked like, as her design was originally based off of Majesty -if they had stuck to her being ‘Queen Majesty’ she would have had the different cutiemark and blue hair, perhaps in varying shades, without the pink or even green stripes. This also better matches her and Luna together.
The last version is just a pre/young version with the same hair she has in the current time, though I left out the gradient effects and kept it flat coloured instead. This matches better with my idea of Starshine being her mother, as she also has ‘rainbow’ hair.
