-A batpony orphan from the edge of the frozen north, he was put into the crystal empire orphanage after surviving an attack from the yeti living on the tundra.
-While his wings are gone, he is still a batpony, and acts as such. his appetite for meat made him all but unadoptable, and he eventually aged out of the system and was on his own from 18.
-Special talent is healing, and is especially good at suturing wounds to leave small, neat scars. His talent got him a scholarship at the Crystal Empire University of Healing, where he studies to be a surgeon.
-His appearance makes it difficult for him to help his patients, as they are often too frightened of him for his skills to be of much use while they are awake. hes unfortunately acquired the status of the hospital cryptid, with sick ponies describing being visited by a scarred figure when under the haze of anesthesia. He used to resent this, but has grown to laugh at the absurdity of his patients.
-Engaged (secretly) to Flurry Heart. They have been seeing each other since the start of med school, and plan on approaching Flurry’s parents about a wedding soon.
