OMG!!! This has totally shocked me at the end of the MLP Make your Mark Chapter 2 trailer!
It’s so nice that Twilight is gonna appear in this upcoming special & as the messenger to Sunny & her friends. I can’t wait to see what will happen once it comes out.
It was bad enough that Discord didn’t acknowledge him..

I am also hoping if she shows Sunny a vision/flashback of her friends, she includes Spike too

in spite of twilight being alicorn and that the species can outlive others, it doesn’t mean she’s immortal, something may have cause her to die anyway.
