So like was all this information about Ancient Equestria regularly available beforehand Unity Day whatever you want to call the New Generation movie event cuz I feel like that would go against a lot of the propaganda ponies were spreading or something that was made and updated after everyone stop being racist and became more open minded?
Like when Sunny access to the internet from the pegasi did she just make the wiki based off of her dad’s research?

In the movie it was seen that only the pegasi had advanced communication technology in the form of mobile phones and data communication.

So it’s likely that Sunny had taken the opportunity to salvage everything her father had collected, after the lighthouse had been destroyed by Sprout. She would have downloaded much that had survived to Wikiponia, and for this she would undoubtedly have the support of the leaders of Maretime Bay (perhaps the state of Maretonia), Zephyr Heights (perhaps the Pegasi Empire) and Bridlewood (part of the Unicorn collectives?) after ponies learned about how to use data and since the internet.

Undoubtedly because the leaders had realized that they had been taught wrongly, and thus want to correct this misery. And the only source for more balanced historical presentation will be Sunny Starscout. And she would have moved the world just to distribute her father’s work to the Ponykind.
