Maybe she needs to be thought about in terms of abilities and develop her further, I thought that she can be combined with the Rarity mare, yet they have the same stylish mane and tail, the question arises how to provide them?
Her name is being hard to pin down, as for features can see most of them in the image. Her mark is a crystal with snowflakes around it and has feathered hooves, and her mane and tail are long.
I don’t have my oc here yet, this mare has an interesting style, but what is her name and what features does she have?
