-third born child of empress Cadence and emperor consort Shining Armor.
-Val is an excellent flyer and is a true force to be reckoned with. She is the only nextgen i have who is in the royal guard. Val is part of the pegasus guard, and is often sent on messenger missions, carrying vital information all over Equestria.
-Special talent is fencing, and she use her skills with the blade to defend herself on her missions.
-Val is a total daddy’s girl. She is incredibly close to Shining compared to Cadence. Her and Shining love to spar and play.
-Val is very happy to be a member of the royal guard, but its not entirely clear how good her job is for her. Her skills as a flyer make her stand out, and its clear that her superiors value her flight skills over her personhood.
