From various scenes in MYM and TYT, we know Isebelle can display very high levels of physical strength, but between this and the next panel, you can see, the lack of weight Sophia has which just makes it more concerning and depressing.

It’s literally like she weighs about as much as a small dog or cat, and most of said weight is probably from her bones.
