Backstory: The backstory for this picture could be a “what if” scenario in which Twilight’s Mother went through the portal from the Pony to Human worlds to return from an errand to reunite with her human Husband when she was pregnant with twins conjoined in dicephalus style without her knowledge and the left-side twin’s torso and limbs are humanized but only has the head of the pony form as a result of the effect of the portal. Then they are born in the human world in a hospital. In this case, the Twilight in this scenario has two heads, one of which is that of a Human while the other one is that of a unicorn’s with their whole torso and limbs being of that of a normal human’s.
