All things considered, i wouldn’t be surprised if even after she couldn’t determine if it was poisoned or otherwise bad for her, she just quickly took a big bite regardless, like she decided she’d rather eat poison then continue on with her unjustly terrible existence.

With the most recent TYT episode, this feels night and day. Like somehow it’s harder to believe the canon one is well, canon.
TYT I think thrust Misty into the group a little too quickly. I’ve got a feeling the producers cast out a couple of episodes for some reason.
I was hoping I wasn’t the only one thinking it.

Sad but reassuring that she tries to eat this cake, even if I think she is tortured by these thoughts of Opaline who certainly would not want her to eat it. Not knowing if she deserves it or not, completely lost by his life of servitude.

The stuttery, broken mess that Misty is in MYM would kill TYT’s comedic tone, so she was made to be more stable and sassy in my opinion. The characters are all extreme version of themselves in TYT
