Goodbye My Friends
In one of adventures, the Twilight Fleet received a mission to escort a secret commodity to a destination. The task seems to be no problem, and the distance is short. This will be a simple job.
However, this commodity caused a huge problem, and the mercenaries and the Twilight fleet took the mission into a crisis. From nowhere, a massive army of space pirates came out to stop the Twilight fleet and the mercenaries and fired at them. The Twilight Fleet and the mercenaries fought back desperately. After a series of bombardments, they finally opened a bloody path. The Twilight Fleet and the mercenaries also quickly passed through and continued to escort the goods.
However, massive pirates keep appearing, and the only way to get out alive is to give up the mission, and the other opinion is hyperjump. But it’s difficult when the pirates are chasing so closely. Just when Twilight and the others hesitated, AI controlled her cruiser to turn around, blocking the entire pirate army alone.
Twilight ordered AI to come back, and AI resolutely told Twilight and the mercenaries to quickly activate the hyperjump system and retreat. The pirate army was getting closer and closer. Under AI’s calculation and reasons, Twilight finally decided to activate the hyperjump. AI used up all her weapons and shields, and abruptly held back the progress of the pirates, forcing the pirates to deal with her first.
Since AI’s system is connected to the cruiser, the damaged part will directly cause a certain part of AI to overload and explode. AI was covered with scars in just a few minutes, and her lower body was destroyed. Seeing AI suffering, but still holding the pirate bravely, Flutterfelix found out that she loves AI. Looking at the screen, she could only shed tears and cry out sadly.
The Twilight Fleet and the mercenaries successfully used the hyperjump to leave the battlefield, and AI watched her most cherished friends leave safely, she was relieved and said softly: “Goodbye, my friends!”
