Did you notice the way Alphabittle was looking at Misty? Could this be a hint that Alphabittle and Misty are related? Maybe Misty is his long lost daughter.
Also, notice how Alphie’s smile suddenly fades when earlier on in this episode Queen Haven talks about how this whole dance thing reminds her of her daughters. If the above mentioned theory is right then Haven’s speech saddened him because he’s suddenly reminded of his own (lost) daughter. 😢

And danced well 😎
I know x.x
That movie is crueler at tugging your heart string with how many times the characters almost meet each other.
There’s still a chance that they’re not related, but there’s some hints that suggest that Alphabittle probably had his own family too at one point.
Then when Pipp and Zipp accused him for ruining their day, he also acted a bit strange. He didn’t even say anything in his own defense. If he’s indeed Misty’s father or relative, then whatever happened in the past, he might blames himself for losing her and feels awful for it. And maybe this picnic-event with the royal family reminded him of that.
Besides, when he was saying: “No, no, they’re right. Sorry for messing up your day, girls. I think it’s best I leave you ponies to your special family day.”, idk if it’s just me, but I can hear some subtle gap in Alphabittle’s voice between “special” and “family” words.
And this brief little scene from Winter Wishday was also pretty interesting:
Good point.
Many people say that, but here’s my question: Why would the fact that Alphabittle doesn’t recognise Misty be important to point out in the slightest, at all? It had to be more than this.
It comes with the pony DNA. You can follow a song you don’t know the lyrics to and perform dance moves you don’t know either
I think there’s definitely more to it than the last two. If either of those two were the case, I don’t think they would have emphasised Alphab’s reaction like that.
Yeah! I do noticed that
Yes that was the first thing I thought
I noticed. Looks like they’re recycling some animation cycles. There was also a point where you could see Sunny dancing on a screen, and I’m pretty sure it was the dance from the rythm portion of the Maretime Bay Adventure.
No he was not.
