ITT: When Twilight and Glimmer play with dolls, the dolls are literally real beings and have to pay taxes.

Reminds me of Iain Bank’s Culture series, where vast computers would run digital simulations so real that the digital people in the simulations had rights and turning them off would be murder, so the simulations had to run until the heat deaths of their own little artificial universes.
