There are lots of trademark violations happens in Russia. Shawarma points use Hollywood celebrities faces, shops like this can use cartoon persons to promote itself, sushi shops can make logos like the big companies has.
The trick is that these businesses are that small that you will never sue a lot of money from them. To run a donut shop like this in Russia costs from 6 to 13k us dollars and also a local court wont allow you to devastate it.
2k$ is not the price of reputation loss.
