They look like original designs.

The art style even varies from pony to pony, the chin/under lip shadow on Pink Unicorn is present on White Alicorn but not on Blue Unicorn. White Alicorn is also the only one with ear fluff and round ears. My guess is these are all different stock unicorn vectors from Getty or whatever other stock website cobbled together into one design.
