Some tagger was obsessed with breasts 😣

This really well drawn image (by the incredibly talented artist ‘the butch x’) doesn’t have exaggerated proportions of any kind, including bust size. The big breasts tag does apply, but anything beyond that (including hyper breasts and huge breasts) is overkill for this kind of image.
