Description
This was originally a shading practice, then started thinking of the same picture but how context can get more muddied by shading, lighting, and lack of lighting. Put more features into darkness like eye ridges, or alter shade on the eyes that may imply anger rather than concern and intent gets a bit harder to figure. Could have turned out better in the ambiguity, but the attempt still isn’t too bad.
I always wondered with so many “evil lairs”(TM) often being dark places, does it make it harder for a dissenting henchman to help those captured?
I could post individual pics if anyone would want that.
