One of six main characters from a horror fanfic I’m writing. I absolutely suck at drawing, so I used Pony Town to design my characters. I thought I was being original with the name. Turns out that’s actually what they’re called. At least on Derpibooru.

Seraph Hymnsong is an older teenage/young adult pegasus mare with a pale pink coat and dark, magenta eyes. She has a wild, seafoam green mane with multicolored highlights. She wears a pair of gold earrings on her left ear. Her cutie mark depicts a musical note with red devil horns. She was born with four wings. She has demonstrated incredible stability while flying, able to keep the rest of her body practically motionless in the air while utilizing all four. She can also fly quite fast, though not as fast as the top flyers in Equestria. Upon arrival in Ponyville, she is taken in by Rainbow Dash.

A resilient but melodramatic pegasus, Seraph is definitely the rowdiest among her friends, and enjoys lifting everypony’s spirits. She is a very emotional pony, and she expresses her feelings through her creative outlets. She will often go looking for trouble, and she is not easy to calm down. Despite acting tough and cool from the outside, she has a deep, affectionate bond with her friends and she will stand up for them at any cost, even when she doesn’t need to. When provoked, she can be harsh, abrasive, and unpleasant, sometimes unintentionally. However, she is very kind to her friends and is usually a very fun pony to be around.

Seraph loves writing song lyrics and poems. She is decent at electric guitar, and will sometimes use her wings in extended techniques. She loves playing and listening to music; her favorites are punk rock and heavy metal. Her ideal pastime is alone on a solitary patch of clouds, where she can play and sing as loud as she wants. She hates seeing her friends get hurt, physically or emotionally, so she gets very defensive of them whenever she hears somepony talking about them. This is rooted in her own feelings regarding her deformity. While she acts like she doesn’t care, she is actually deeply sensitive about it.

Seraph is one of the six deformed ponies born at NEverCHEM. She and her friends spent their whole fillyhoods there, where they underwent incessant, retrospectively unethical, laboratory studies and physiological experiments. When they were all old enough, they unified and left the medical facility they called home, once they believed they bore the legal right to. They have since been travelling around Equestria, visiting villages and towns, looking for a safe place to start a new life together. They had no idea NEverCHEM wouldn’t let them go so easily.
