Backstory: Chilly Delight was the sister of Sweetcream Scoops. When Chilly was young, she was learning how to make frozen sweets. Sweetcream wanted her to make ice cream, but instead she got the wrong recipe and ended up making popsicles. They both argued about it for a little bit until Chilly moved out. She got a new home near Pinkie and now has a little popsicle stand. Sweetcream Scoops and Chilly are friends now, and they see each other on the street every few weeks now. She is also friends with the Mane 6. She got her cutie mark when she was 10.

Abilities/Skills: Making popsicles, along with ice cream and other frozen goods.
