I wouldn’t think so myself, and used to agree with you, but Applejack will be Applejack, and after the events of Seasons 3 & 4 & EqG, I could honestly see a human/humanized Applejack working the farm in 4 or 5’s outfit.
 
Personally though, 4 is my fave, because I’m a sucker for mostly humanized ponies, along with the actual ponies. Full human (5) seems like you’re neglecting the character’s origin, and anthro (3) is just not for me. The semi-anthro I’m more okay with, as past being bipedal they don’t really change much from full pony.
 
Finally, I’d like to add that the humanized/hybrid/kemonomimi style (4) used here is what we should of had in EqG.

Number five doesn’t seem to use the optimal outfit for actual farming.

Number 2 is the best by a long shot.
 
All the others are cute, except for number 3… 3 should be shot, burned, and buried ._.

0, probably because it’s the only one that’s gonna happen.
