Because it’s only effective when their team’s Fluttershy is directly behind him, and usually she’s too busy hiding in cover. If I did want efficiency though, I would just use the Hitman’s Heatmaker. Then, I wouldn’t have to worry about pulling away from the scope to reload.

The machina is all about efficiency; why would you use two shots to take out Mac and Fluttershy when you can use one?

I don’t understand why everypony gives me the Machina in pictures like this. I actually prefer just the stock Sniper Rifle.
