It might be a case of a doll’s pre-recorded lines eerily lining up with a present scenario. It’s somewhat logical for a Flutterdoll to have a line expressing concern for one’s wellness (if somewhat a morbid line for what should be a lighthearted toy), and I’ve never encountered a female doll that doesn’t have a giggle or a laugh in its pool of phrases.
 
So here, after hearing the first line, AJ has a WTF moment and triggers the next line the doll says. Coincidentally it happens to be the laughtrack. Cue awkward/creepy silence.

“Today instead of Teddy Vermont [apparently the name of the teddy bear from other Houtai Applejack pics] I tried hugging Flutter Doll.
 
AJ: So pleasant to hug♡  
FD: Hey, are those wounds okay?  
AJ: Huh!?  
FD: Tee-hee :p ♡”
 
Yeah, I don’t think I’m getting it either..
