Frazzle couldn’t help but grin as she looked to you- a new visitor to the city she loved so much, the place where she was born.
You grinned back, wholeheartedly. After literally bumping into the elegant mare as you exited the train station, you quickly made conversation and ended up having a good old-fashioned natter over coffee. You had heard of this phenomenon that you were experiencing right now, and apparently it was fairly common when humans and ponies met for the first time.
“Instant Friendship,” it had been called. It wasn’t a guarantee, but occasionally, when you met a pony, they would simply slip into your heart like a friend you’d known for years. This beautiful and gentle lady had already, and within the space of an hour, taken root in your own heart- and you welcomed her with open arms and no regrets.
“Listen, I know that this is your first time in Manehattan, so would you like me to be your guide? I know pretty much anything and anypony worth knowing in the city. And between you and me, I also know a few special secret places as well- the kind that you can’t get into unless you’re with a regular…”
The mare smiled at you with genuine warmth before continuing, “So, what do you say?”

As per usual, I finished this edit with Ibis Paint X on my Android mobile phone with no stylus, and this edit took me 46 m8nutes to bring to completion.
