I’m guessing they use the upload to the Indonesian MLP (or TYT) channel - since the foreign language dubs are no longer dubbing songs (and for TYT, haven’t been for a while), Hasbro puts subtitles translating the songs in the respective languages on the uploads, and because they’re uploaded with them on the video itself, rather than as a captioning track, there’s no way to get rid of them.
However, the English version, which of course has no subtitles like that, is also easily accessible on YouTube, so I’ve never understood why they don’t use that.

They very uniquely take screenshots at not-quite-4k fullscreen. My favorites are the ones that inexplicably have Indonesian captions right in the middle.

I don’t mind the screencaps personally. I like having good G5 screencaps readily available.
…Mostly because I do roleplay at another website and sometimes to showcase a character’s reaction I use screencaps, and it’s great to have them readily available than to just take them myself. Especially since I usually use MYM or ANG screencaps since I still hate the Tell Your Tale designs—
The weird roleplay does bother me though, though that’s less because of it happening and more because the characters tend to be all overly snarky and mean—

I don’t mind that much - maybe my memory is failing me, but I remember both happening for FiM episodes, particularly in the later seasons.
There’s something strangely charming about the weird role play.
