You know fun fact if you try to save scum gambling games in new Vegas, what this picture is taking inspiration from the game actually sets a cool down timer after every load so you can’t gamble after loading for a few minutes.
Not that it could truly stop you if you were determined but it’s kinda funny that they thought people would do that regardless.
