Holy crap. I just noticed something. Behind what my or my not be Lyra. It’s a non completely generic looking male character. It might be the low resolution, but is it just me?

Equestria girls isn’t going to affect season 4 in the slightest. Megan made that clear. Equestria girls is meant to be independent from FIM, and is only optional as to whether or not you choose it to be canon with the FIM universe.

Now i’m wondering what may happen afterwards. If Season 4 is happening, then Twilight will have to go back to Equestria. If Equestria girls becomes it’s own series, then they’ll either, A) Find Twilight’s Counterpart or B) Twilight comes to visit every now and again.

So at some point in the story they’re going to transform into half-human half-ponies? They looked different in there prom(?) dresses in the trailer. This could be neat. Like a magical girl transformation. They better get super powers.

Yes there is (right before Spike pops up with heart wingdings), AJ, Flutters, and RBD (behind Spike) all have obvious pony ear headbands.
 
The question is whether that is what these are (I notice that RBD’s and Twi’s wings are a darker color than their skin), or if that’s internal movie foreshadowing that these six jump down to a 4 on the Sheppard scale in anthropology.

Agreed. It would have been nice to see him in the shot as a human though, but I’ll take what I can get.
 
Heck, this might be foreshadowing, that season 4’s opening might have him in it. And unlike here, in FIM he’s an equal, not a pet, which makes it better.

It kind of looks like those are just the outfits they’re wearing, at least to me. Wasn’t there a shot in the trailer of human AJ and Fluttershy wearing fake ears like that?

I think it does seems that way, they didn’t have those “ponytails” in the trailers.
 
 
Now imagine Brad with a “ponytail” if he got the same enchantment as them.

I like the look, looks to me like RD is flying/hovering. But i bet their hair grew with the magic. Before it looked much shorter in the trailer. At least to me.

Interesting, that it looks like RBD is flying in the right, though it could just be hopping for the photo too, so still hard to tell if the wings are real or just costume.
