It’s because dehydration also decreases electrolytes. Water alone isn’t enough to remedy that. Fruits and sports drinks help with that issue.

This is true if there isn’t enough of other resources to handle the dosages. If one increase much more than all the other ones, then poison happens.

Water poisoning was how a teen died from taking ‘speed’ the stuff makes you really thirsty, but it also makes it harder for your body to handle water while under it’s effect and she drank so much she died of H20 poisoning

It’s true that you can die from water poisoning but you can prevent it if you drink any sugary drink or sport drink like Aquarius.
 
Still I don’t think this logic is going to work in a body able to hold a bigger volume than herself.

There was a story from back in 06’ I think, a lady died from this, there was a competition to win a Wii, where you had to drink allot of water and not pee at all.
 
So it probably had something to do with the water not being able to go anywhere, so it ended up all going into the blood thinning it out.

Hope Trixie realizes that you can die from ingesting too much water.
 
Thins your blood out to the point you just pass out and die, because not enough blood cells are getting where they need to go.
