Description
The Palestinian people deserve to be safe and free. Nothing Hamas has done, however horrible, justifies genocide and other war crimes. Israel’s right to exist does not negate Palestine’s right to exist and Palestinian’s right to life and safety.
If you don’t like this statement, I really don’t care. If you object to me engaging with “politics” (human rights are not “politics”) I also don’t care. I’m not even going to engage with bad faith arguments.
(I’ll be interested to see how long this stays up before the mods have to lock comments)

The only piece of criticism that I got that I actually considered somewhat valid is that Ukraine and Palestine are different situations and it muddles the issue to lump them together. So I’m keeping the old one up and standing by it, but I decided to also make two separate images.

A lot of people don’t like “politics”. And a lot of people also seem to have managed to justify what’s going on as okay, somehow.
I wish more people thought like that! More power to you friend.
Yeah, it is kind of late, though the original piece was from a month or two ago. But it took me a while to realize that even with a teeny tiny platform, it was important to say something instead of just ranting in private. Especially because very few people in the fandom seem to be saying anything.
