That’s exactly what I mean. This cover for the Micro TPB has a version with Twilicorn, but since all issues so far take place before MMC I thought it was kinda odd from them to add her wings.

Compare to >>332709. Specifically the space between Rainbow Dash’s mouth and leg, next to Twilight Sparkle.
 
Anything else I’d want to say would likely cause drama, so I won’t, except to say that even as someone who prefers unicorn Twilight, I don’t approve of this sort of shenanigans.

Wait did the folks from idw removed the wings themselves (because some anti-twilicorn people complained) or was it op, just like with this gif derpibooru.org/334114 ?
 
Though I like alicorn Twi, I could understand some of the complaints, especially since she did not appear in any of the issues so far.
