It kind of does. Because then one side of this whole “it’s gonna be shit” vs “give it a chance” war thing going on can spend a week gloating and the other can shutup in shame.
 
Mostly I just want it over with. Like taking off a bandaid or something, the anticipation of pain and pulling it off slowly is worse than just getting it done with quickly.
