Though Glimmer was still deciding to keep Percy or feed off of her, Glimmer was still going to fully wrap up Percy in a sung cocoon. Driders love to feel powerful and feel like that they have full control of the situation over others. Percy offered no protests and only moaned softly as Glimmer wrapped up her head. Glimmer made sure not to cover Percy’s nose so she could still breath just fine, wouldn’t want her little pet bug to suffocate.

Once done Glimmer held Percy’s cocoon in her arms, inspecting her work. Percy gently shifted, nuzzling up to Glimmer blindly. Glimmer chuckled and gave her a hug.

“Let her go Glimmer!” Glimmer glanced up to see a changeling captain standing defiantly, her magic at the ready, her armored chitin glinting in the soft light. Glimmer raised an eyebrow and hung up Percy,

“You just hang tight, we seem to have company.” Glimmer whispered to Percy’s mostly muffled ear. Glimmer looked down at the challenger.

“I told you to stay away from my cave.” Glimmer said lowering herself to the floor upon a single thread.

“I warned this one and I’m teaching her a lesson.” Glimmer pointed to Percy hanging from the ceiling. The changeling captain was unfazed.

“Percy is a nosy changeling, I’m sorry she caused you trouble. I implore you release her.” The captain tried to reason. Glimmer shook her head.

“Well, that’s a good idea but Percy has been a very entertaining guest, I think I’ll keep her for myself. Afterall, she’s very inquisitive, surly causing nothing but trouble for your hive yes?” Glimmer said, carefully watching the captain, seeing how she carries herself, how she’s armed, how powerful she is. The captain seemed to be doing the same…and was feeling not so hot.

“Glimmer.” The captain started in a serious tone. “What will it take for you to let Percy go free?” Glimmer chuckled,

“Hmm, how about this; We have a duel. If you win, I’ll bring Percy down and you can talk to her yourself. If I win, I get to wrap you up, feed upon you, keep you wrapped for three days then let you go…or stay if you fall in love with my webs like percy has.” Glimmer said, shooting the captain a saucy glance. The captain staggered,

“T-That’s not fair! If I win, You unwrap Percy, and leave this cave to find a new home.” Glimmer raised an eyebrow.

“Alright, but the conditions if I win still stand?” The captain thought about it, then nodded slowly. Glimmer smiled, this was too easy.

The battle was over, the captain was collapsed to the floor, exhausted while Glimmer stood tall, not even breaking a sweat. Too tired to protest, Glimmer easily wrapped up the captain in thick webbing. Glimmer then gave the captain a bit of venom, nothing fatal, just a little to loosen the captain’s grip on her magic and her senses. The captain moan weakly as Glimmer hugged her tightly, drinking her fill on the captain’s large stores of magic. Glimmer sighed happily, feeling nice and full of power, the captain had enough to level her up, increasing her web stores and her size, now she was even bigger than Percy. Speaking of which…

Glimmer slid under Percy to tickle her sides, Percy giggled and squirmed in her tight binds as Glimmer teased her playfully, Glimmer chuckled as she watched Percy wiggle like a worm on a string for her amusement.
