Ruby stared grumpily at the intel reports and hastily drawn maps. The true sight resistance movement has been getting violent in the past few weeks and Ruby’s higher ups have requested she step up her counter resistance. But the intel commonly conflicted or was outdated, and the maps…AGH! Ruby angrily swept off the documents off the table and onto the floor. She groaned, it’s hard to focus on an empty stomach, maybe food will help.

With the ring of a bell, Ruby’s husband, Bolt, came to inquire what sort of food would she like…Unaware Bolt’s shadow allowed for the stealthy approach of a particular night cloaked mare. With Bolt chosen to be Ruby’s dinner, Nightswift silently materialized and took the documents, NS had found a rebel code book for the next few days, the missing piece to Ruby’s intel, it was a clever code, just enough to mix up anyone who didn’t know about the code, but easy to remember and switch up. NS smiled as Ruby happily purred while the entranced Bolt slid into her belly, forming a nice small bulge. NS decided not to disturb Ruby’s fun, instead taking all her documents and leaving a note;

“Dear Ruby,

Heard you were having trouble with rebels giving you the run around.

Being the good friend I am, I went out and got the missing intel, the rebels may as well be talking right to me.

Hope you and Bolt have a nice post dinner nap. Don’t worry about the rebel cell in town, I’ll take care of it.
