Step 1: Open mouth, can’t eat a thing with the mouth closed ya know. tip from the pros.

Step 2: Swallow the thing. Good advice is get a couple swallows on larger things to kinda get a good hold on em so they can’t just get free and escape or worse yet, turn the tables on ya.

Step 3: Enjoy the thing after it is swallowed. It is your food after all, and good meals are to be enjoyed, you earned it so smile a bit.

Step 4: Let your belly take care of the rest, your stomach was built to serve a purpose and given time it will do just that, leaving you ready for your next snack.
