honestly, I can definitely recommend giving it another try when being an adult. I have done this before as a kid as well. and it was a really relaxing kinda art. like creating but without all the oh gosh where is the light source comming form xD
I wont be adding anything to the frame as I dont currently have the materials to actually draw something on the frame. plus that I am planning on selling it and for a house decoration I personally prefer a calm frame like the art inside is pony but the object doesn’t scream pony so it can be displayed and all your non pony friends wont look at it weird

It really looks so beautiful!! I remember back in elementary school we did something similar with 3D fruit art, so, it’s nice to do and look at the final results, I was bad attempting with plants and flowers, a messy attempt to be precise with flowers.
