Yeah, thanks, last night I was a bit sensitive.  
I don’t usually upload images, or comment, but I’m fairly active on DB and I know a lot of people been called worse things than creepy.  
What is new to me is being called creepy for something I consider mild, but well, I’ll have to learn to ignore it.

OK, now she actually looks like Wendy Corduroy from Gravity Falls.

Well, Tara Strong gets posted here a lot, and those come from her Twitter as well. The difference there is that Tara is obviously showing herself off in a certain way.
 
Lauren is also showing herself off, but how she acts and presents herself is entirely different (e.g., she’s not “on the floor” with breasts shaking and whatnot.)
 
Tara pretty much makes herself available for (if not just wants) bronies to fawn over her. Perfectly fine, even for Derpibooru in my opinion as she’s a huge part of the fandom.
 
Lauren basically did the same thing. She uploaded the picture so people could see it, and she knows she’s got bronies following her who think she’s attractive. She’s not showing herself off in the same way or context as Tara, so it feels a little “off,” but it’s about the same thing.
 
 
That being said, the description and probably just uploading the picture given the context (although not obvious) strikes me as…yes, a little creepy.
 
It’s one of those things that end up being the difference between an average kid in college and the guy who’s not dangerous, but you’re still uncomfortable around him.
 
In a word, it’s fine. You’re not going to see me upload a picture of a married woman on a image site for a cartoon though. But I’ll grant that it’s hard to explain why as OP was respectful.
