I tweaked it to make the animation run a little faster as it was sluggish the first time.

Rule of Cool.
doesn’t it get in the way of using the wings?
Works better there, too.
Is it too late to make Solaris R63 Fausticorn? It just makes so much sense with his design.
Celestia’s name has to do with heavenly bodies, with the term usually referring to stars rather than the sun.
Solaris does not mean the same thing. Astros or Astral (Astrominos?) would be closer in meaning to Celestia. Solaria would be the female equivalent.
@RIG
What I meant is that in the video I thought it was supposed to be a rule 63 Fausticorn, because the joke was the girl hit her father.
That actually fits his colors a lot more. He’s never really looked much like Celestia.
First image I see here is putting him in Celestia’s place at the end of the second episode, so I guess R63 Celestia might be the correct fanon.
Actually, you might be correct. I’m not sure of the origin of Solaris, though the name does imply Celestia’s role.
This is true, Basically just recycling older art for the sake of fitting the joke in the episode.
@ElusiveDelight
In this case, their using the character as the stand in for their father. It was just easier than coming up with another design for a one-shot gag.
It worked well enough for the joke.
I think that Solaris is Rule 63 Celestia, which would make him Luna’s big brother… Or more correctly, Artemis’s big brother.
And hense Solaris became Molaris.
