Even taking that into account, if we assume that human twilight is the average height of an american female (163cm) it would make pony twilight about a meter tall (98.9cm to be precise).

We Crossdress Harder
This is a bit off due to perspective. Look at where the center of pony Twilight’s forehooves are. They should be even with human Twilight’s heels (which have to be projected, due to those goofy boots), so that they are on the same plane and the ground is at the same level. That gives pony Twilight several more inches of height.
