Eyyup it´s mexican currency, about USD 3.8 These are sold near where I live now, in a store called mama lucha, which is in turn a knock off from that mucha lucha cartoon.

Interestingly, all of these use the $ symbol for the Peso, not the Dollar.

I guess that they allowed themselves to put this prise because it comes with two dolls.
 
But what disturbs me the most is that its called Kiki girl. This is most likely just a coincidence. But I still find it extremely morbid.
