Judging by what’s visible in the pic, I can’t see any rust. Pretty much just needs the scratches buffed out, then a decent paint job. Given that it’s a truck, I’d go with red, blue, or black. White’ll get dirty way too easily and yellow / green just tend to look too colorful on a vehicle stereotyped as manly.

Also, needs more Vinyl stickers. Always more Vinyl stickers.
