In Ponibooru anything slipped. Technically, underage things were never allowed there(It’s illegal in California), but moderation got so poor that even real non-pony porn started to appear during the later part of PB’s Life.

Ah, the July 1st rule update. It allowed R34. Yes, Ponibooru didn’t allow R34 before that. Sometimes they did slip through and no one deleted them.
